Regulations

Like every association, Tanzclub Academia refers to Art. 60 ff. ZGB and forms itself as such in its statutes. In addition, we have regulations which specify the statutes, but which can be adapted to changed conditions more easily than the statutes. The Board regulates day-to-day business matters in directives. These regulations are public according to the statutes and can be viewed here (PDF; German):

Statutes
The statutes establish the legal existence of the association within the meaning of Art. 60 ff. ZGB, define its meaning and purpose and lay down important structures and processes.

Regulations
The regulations specify the statutes with regard to various processes in the association.

Code of Conduct
The association follows a Code of Conduct, which is considered equivalent to the regulations.

Directives
In the directives, the Board specifies and defines the statutes and the regulations and gives itself guidelines for action. They are primarily addressed to the Board and essentially aim to ensure continuity and equal treatment.
